• Where is Banzai located?

  We’re located in the Oxfordshire countryside, just outside Bicester – less than 30 minutes from Oxford.

  Nearest train station: Bicester North, approx. 5 minutes from Banzai; Chiltern Railway from London Marylebone to Birmingham.

• Do you have a minimum group size?

  We cater for group sizes from 1 individual on a gift experience through to group bookings of up to 250 people.  Please check the relevant package or activity page for specific minimum group sizes.

• Are there any height or weight restrictions?

  No, however if unsure about a restriction then please do contact us.

• Can I bring spectators?

  Spectators are welcome, there may be a small fee depending on the activity.

• What should I wear on the day?

  Our activities are outdoors so clients are required to dress appropriately for the weather on the day of the event. Layers and non-precious clothing and footwear (trainers are usually best) are recommended. Safety gear, such as helmets for motorised activities are provided.

• What happens on the day?

  On arrival participants will be greeted and signed in.  A welcome briefing is given by the event coordinator; safety and activity format.

• What about the weather?

  Banzai operates all year round. Generally, the weather will not affect the activities, however in cases of extreme weather the event may be postponed to another date or activities substituted.

• Can I buy food and drink on site?

  Confectionery and drinks are available to purchase. Catering such as hot food, sandwich buffets and BBQ’s must be pre-ordered.  We do have a licensed bar onsite.

• Am I required to have a Driving Licence?

  No, a driving licence is not required.

• What else do I need to know?

  We currently hold £5 million public liability insurance.
